Camp Parkeology

multi-media exploratory park projects 2015-Present K-6

Camp Parkeology offers young people a chance to explore museums, gardens, archives, and hidden spots in Balboa Park. Guided by Parkeology educators, K-6 campgoers explore parts of museums that are generally not accessed by the public. Each field trip becomes inspiration for a new multi-media art project. Camp Parkeology provides week long summer programming.
